Return & Exchange Policy

At Vero Beauty Emporium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your cosmetics, please review our return and exchange policy below:

    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

    • Please retain your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) for the return process.

    • Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from Vero Beauty Emporium. Products bought from other retailers should be returned to the respective seller based on their return policy.

    • Please note, shipping chargers the item is at your own expense.

  2. Exchanges:

    • We offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect product.

    • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within [14 days] of receiving the order to initiate the exchange process.

    • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return/exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).
